Please contact support before sending a physical product so we can provide the correct return instructions.
If your request concerns an existing order, include your order number so we can find it quickly. Please do not send payment-card details or passwords by email.
To report artwork, a prompt, or a product listing that may be illegal, unsafe, abusive, or infringe intellectual-property, privacy, or publicity rights, email send a content report by email. It will be addressed to [email protected] with the subject “Content report”.
Include the page URL or artwork ID, what you are reporting, why, and how we may contact you. If you are reporting a copyright issue, identify the protected work and the material you want removed and confirm that you are the rights owner or authorised to act for them. We will review reports, may ask for proportionate supporting information, and will take action where required by law or our Terms.
